Lucky Chefs Collective is an LA-based community of passionate hospitality professionals available for hire globally, anytime and for any duration. Born in 2007 with a determination to more adequately represent skilled workers in our beloved industry. We are united by our will to anticipate and prepare for opportunites to serve others in a variety of hospitality settings including restaurants, hotels and private households.
Lucky Chefs services include full and part-time placements of both front and back-of-house professionals, chefs, maids, nannies, bartenders, entertainers, landscapers, therapists and personal trainers. We are lucky to be comprised of passionate and dedicated members who are vetted, trained and certified in-house by renowned industry leaders before consideration for any placements. Due to our unique business structure, we are more efficiently able to match our members to your staffing requirements.

Lucky Chefs Collective offers a variety of complimentary resources and comprehensive in-house training to our members to help eachother grow into a more gratifying and sustainable career. Weekly workshops at our base camp in Beverly Hills include menu design and planning, allergen and special diets, menu and dish costing and many more. Our community offers continuous support to candidates and clients striving to listen, adapt, evolve and mentor. We are grateful for our collective success in pioneering a community-driven business offering flexible term contracts that suit both our members and private clients.
